Direct Access Speak to a Director

A Western Sydney team that actually shows up.

We're a small team from Western Sydney with real experience in disability support. We built Empower to create something people actually look forward to, not just support hours to fill a plan.

Our workers are hands-on, active and consistent, because trust is built by showing up the same way every time.

More About Us

What makes us different.

01

Real programs, not just support hours

Every session has structure, purpose and a place to belong. Activities that people actually want to come back for.

02

Belonging before goals

Connection comes first. Build the friendships and confidence. The NDIS goals follow naturally.

03

Direct access, always

You speak to a Director, not a call centre. If something matters to your family, we hear it the same day.

Three steps to get your child into a program.

No waiting lists, no long forms. Just a conversation to make sure it's the right fit.

01

Get in Touch

Call us or fill in our short enquiry form. You'll speak to a Director, not a receptionist. Tell us a bit about your child and what you're looking for.

02

We Find the Right Fit

A Director calls you back. We talk through your goals, which program suits your child and how your NDIS funding works. No pressure, no commitment at this stage.

03

Your First Session

Low pressure, no expectations. Meet the team and settle in. Most families tell us their child doesn't want to leave after the first night.

Answers before you call.

Everything families ask us most. If you don't see your question here, call us. You'll speak to a Director, not a call centre.

Yes. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your plan is managed by a plan manager, we invoice them directly, no paperwork for families. We are not yet a registered NDIS provider, so NDIA-managed (Agency-managed) funding cannot currently be used. NDIS registration is targeted for Q3 2026.

We run programs for children aged 7 and up, teens (13+) and adults (18+). Our primary focus is teenagers and young adults, though several programs are designed specifically for younger children and for adults.

We are based in Western Sydney and primarily serve Penrith, St Marys, Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs. Our group programs run out of Penrith and our team provides door-to-door transport for school holiday programs. If you're unsure whether we service your area, give us a call.

To access supports funded through your NDIS plan. Yes, participants need an active NDIS plan. However, if you're exploring options or haven't yet accessed the NDIS, get in touch and we'll talk through what's available to you.

Start with a conversation. Call 0403 619 837 or fill in our enquiry form. A Director will call you back to talk through your goals, which program fits best and how funding works. No commitment, no paperwork at this stage. Just a chat.

The first session is relaxed and low pressure. The goal is to get comfortable, meet the team and get a feel for the program. We don't push goals on day one. We build connection first, then everything else follows. After a few sessions we check in with families to see how it's going and adjust if needed.

Yes, all workers hold a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working with Children Check (NSW), National Police Check and current First Aid and CPR certification. Workers complete our full induction before their first shift. No exceptions.
